Inner plaster bandages made of synthetic cotton, specifically non-absorbent polyester fibers with a crepe texture. High elasticity is maintained even under continuous mechanical stress and strong fluid ingress. Hartmann Rolta bandages are skin-friendly, permeable to air and secretions. They balance temperature. They apply without creases thanks to their non-slip self-retaining properties. They are easily applied and removed by hand. They are sterilized in steam at 121oC. Radiopaque. The Rolta Soft bandage is designed from less bulky, very soft and skin-friendly material for light inner lining. Suitable for patients with very sensitive skin. Application: As a lining material under plaster casts, support and compression bandages. For lining splints. For the interior of tubular bandages. When sterile, they are used as a pressure dressing permeable to secretions over ointment dressings.
