They are manufactured according to international specifications from medical paper and transparent plastic film. There are large sterilization indicators and they are suitable for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization. The indicators show an abrupt color change and are placed on the paper surface on the side seam, thus ensuring direct visual contact with the indicators and simultaneously with the sterilized material. The paper side is durable, has a high degree of chemical purity, leaves no fibers, and its thickness conforms to applicable standards. During opening, the plastic separates perfectly from the paper without tearing the paper, minimizing the risk of microbes passing from outside to inside, ensuring an aseptic technique for retrieving the material. The side adhesive surface is continuous, uniform (3 seals) of maximum strength, so that it does not open from the pressure of the instruments' weight and leaves no traces upon opening. The plastic side is soft and does not wrinkle after autoclaving; it is also extremely durable with resistance to heavy objects. They have a V-seal at the bottom of the pouch, are non-perforated in double packaging (nylon inside – paper outside). All required indications according to standards are printed on their outer packaging.
