Description
Microscope slides are suitable for reliable examination and disease prevention. These slides show strong adhesion characteristics and cover a wide range of applications. They do not allow tissue to fall off better than any other slide. The special surface treatment with a silane coating creates permanent free polar bonds on the surface, which also, through electrostatic attraction, ensures cell and tissue adhesion and supports the formation of covalent bonds between the tissue and the glass surface. Tissue and cell substrates adhere quickly and without the use of further adhesives or protein coating agents. This saves expensive and time-consuming preparation techniques. The microscope slides do not show streaks or annoying background staining, such as the blue or red background obtained with hematoxylin and eosin stains on tissues on slides with albumin coating, or the brown background obtained during the immunoperoxidase procedure. During these procedures, they allow stronger enzyme induction without losing tissue.
