Plaster bandages made of synthetic cotton and specifically non-absorbent polyester fibers in a crepe texture. High elasticity is maintained even under continuous mechanical load and strong fluid inflow. Hartmann Rolta bandages are skin-friendly, permeable to air and secretions. They balance temperature. They apply without creases thanks to their non-slip self-retaining properties. Easy to apply and remove by hand. Sterilized in steam at 121oC. Radiolucent. The Rolta Soft bandage is designed from less bulky, very soft and skin-friendly material for light internal lining. Indicated for patients with very sensitive skin. Application: As a lining material under plaster, support and compression bandages. For lining splints. For the inside of tubular bandages. Sterile ones are used as a pressure dressing permeable to secretions over ointment dressings.
