Non-adhesive, sterile wound dressings. They are constructed with two non-adhesive membranes, between which a compressed layer of viscose has been placed. The membrane that comes into contact with the wound is permeable and due to the nature of its material, the dressing never adheres to the wounds, thus aiding in rapid healing. At the same time, the inner viscose layer absorbs any wound exudates.
