They are applied after cleaning the wound. We compress the two sides of the wound so that the skin joins. Then we apply the adhesive suture, sticking first in the middle (wound incision) and continuing to stick towards the ends. Finally, in the same way, we stick as many as needed parallel to each other, along the incision.
