Description
PHOTOPOLYMERIZABLE NANOHYBRID RESIN FOR ANTERIOR - POSTERIOR ADVANTAGES ¨ Very long-lasting restorations¨ Easy handling and polishing¨ No sticky texture¨ Very low shrinkage and polymerization stress¨ High radiopacity¨ Friendly to antagonists with low abrasion rates¨ High mechanical properties¨ High aesthetics and chameleon effect performance¨ Suitable for monochromatic and polychromatic layering¨ Wide range of colors. INNOVATION : The ULS organic monomer consists of high molecular weight carbon double bond chains, which provides low polymerization shrinkage and low creep tension. The ULS monomer also has a higher degree of diffusion within the glassy matrix Compared to known UDMA .BIS-GMA monomers, thus a minimal amount of unpolymerized monomer. This innovation increases the final surface hardness of the restoration, thereby achieving easy polishing and no dental plaque appearance due to porosity. COMPOSITION The organic matrix consists of dimethacrylate molecules (18-22% by weight) and the innovative ULS (Ultra Low Shrinkage) monomer. The reinforcing agents contain barium glass, ytterbium, and prepolymerized elements (83-78% by weight), stabilizers, and photoinitiators. HIGH MONOMER SYNTHESIS TECHNOLOGY. Compo C composite resin has been designed with the smallest possible volumetric shrinkage. The higher molecular weight provides better mechanical properties such as fracture resistance and greater plasticity. An additional advantage is its hydrophobic behavior and very low liquid absorption. NOVA COMPO C composite resin contains a minimal percentage of organic monomer such as TEGDMA. This property gives the material a great advantage because resins with a high percentage of low molecular weight monomers have a high modulus of elasticity and lower resistance to masticatory stress loads. In NOVA COMPO C resin, scientific research has resulted in an innovative combination of low molecular weight organic monomers that increase resistance to volumetric shrinkage stress during and after photopolymerization. HIGH REINFORCING SUBSTANCES SYNTHESIS KNOW-HOW. NOVA COMPO C has been designed with a combination of micro- and macro-sized components, resulting in high aesthetics, increased strength, and high radiopacity. Reinforcing agents include prepolymerized nanocrystalline elements of the order of 0.4 AND 0.7 micron of disilicate glass. The prepolymerized particles provide extremely low shrinkage, greater flexural strength, and color stability and adaptability to adjacent dental tissues. Higher masticatory load-resistant prepolymerized components provide greater fracture toughness than conventional resins. Another advantage of NOVA COMPO C is that the interstitial space of the inorganic glassy matrix is occupied by nanocrystalline organic chains, providing a uniform consistency and faster grinding and polishing. Another feature of NOVA COMPO C's functionality is the comfortable working time under the dental unit light. The refractive index of the nanocrystalline reinforcing substances and the organic matrix has been optimized to render the chameleon effect. Fillers with different optical properties capable of light transmission and scattering similar to the natural tooth structure were selected.
